Dear Sir/Madam

I ordered a cake with flaberry.com with order no 300000734 on 28th Sep 2016. They delivered it on same day. They delivered an entirely different cake, not like shown in picture and not even matching the description in their website. I ordered a choclate Cake Half KG and they delivered a chocolate colored CREAM CAKE with bread layers inside - DEFINITELY NOT A Chocolate cake. I have been getting in touch with their customer care for refund or delivering another cake. They are sending only apologies and not ready to process refund. I have been cheated of Rs.699/- for the awful cake they delivered. Request you to take necessary action. Please look into this matter and please ensure that none else is cheated this way by this fraudster site.
