Complaint Details
We have left their modem on 25th of July 2016 and according to their terms and conditions they were about to refund the security deposit (Rs5000) in 15days but max 30days. And it has been more than 2 months that we have contacted them for the money but eventually they stopped picking up the phone also. We have three of the concerned persons number and it's been a month that they are not even picking up the phone and a few weeks back they sent an email asking the Name for which they will refund and after that nothing has been communicated by their side. Kindly look to the matter.
