Complaint Details
I bought a IFB washing machine (TL- SDG 9.5 KG AQUA) on 30th June’16 from Vijay sales, Thane west. I’m having problem with your washing machine since first month.
The first complaint I registered with IFB customer care on 29th August’16, when suddenly my washing machine stopped working. The last complaint I registered with IFB was on 22nd September’16. (Ticket No. 1103514489) and since then I have called to IFB customer care on many occasions after that. Following is the details of my complaint with IFB customer care:-
1)29th Sept.’16 (Ticket No. 1103514489)
2)26th Sept.’16 (Ticket No. 1103550640)
I also received a message saying that my complaint has been resolved (1103514489), when there technician was unable to solve the issue as the problem with the machine itself and told me that he will follow with the company regarding this problem. But nothing has been done on that front as well.
After that I have again registered a complaint on next day on 27th sept.’16 (1103561414), after which I haven’t got any response from there side. The last contact I had with them was on 30th September 2016 to which they said they will send a technician next day but no one came.
