Complaint Details
I had booked the ticket for two passengers on 17th Sept from Varanasi to Mumbai through the Air India website for Rs. 14242 which were refundable tickets for the travel on 18th September. However I had to cancel the ticket for one of the passenger as she was feeling unwell and I did the same, well before in advance. I also spoke to the customer care person and he told me the that the ticket has been cancelled and for the refund need to drop a mail to the ecommerce@airindia.com. However despite following up on the same they claim that the amount has been refunded but I have not received the refund amount of Rs. 5121 yet. Attaching the statement details of my credit card as on date
