Complaint Details
We recently bought an Audi 6 from Audi South Mumbai and feeling cheated by misleading fact conveyed by Sales representative.
Its very unfortunate that I have to take out time and write this.

1. Audi A6 petrol doesn't have a "sun roof", we had an Audi A4 , having sun roof (sold it a while ago), obviously we expected having a sun roof in the better version of car, the agitation here was, the fact was not conveyed by the representative

2. The insurance is for approx 38 lakhs, however the car has a basic cost of INR 45,50,000/- plus we have paid INR 1,750/- for some part of pending registration and INR 85,000/- for the premium number. The reason shared with me for the undervaluation was that the value post discount is considered and not the complete value of the car, which was a little difficult for us to assimilate

3. Basic brands do give a One Year to Three years of Servicing free, I have been told that we don't have such facility, even the first service would be charged. I was asked to sign a document stating so, which eventually I have refused to sign

4. There is a screen which pops out and it can be fitted inside as per the convenience right next to the driving seat, then there is a button again next to the driving seat which says "Navigation", and surprisingly once button pressed the software of navigation is missing. That's a biggest service disorder as per me

5. Basic kit for an Audi also was not offered to us, i.e. key chain, first aid kit, etc., all brands do provide lot more than I have mentioned

6. While selling reverse camera was shown by but not given.

I would request you to please intervene and get me what I deserve.
