Complaint Details
We got a sun-roof fitted in our Honda City car by Honda authorised service centre for Rs.1.75 lakhs.
The quality of the product and workmanship was sub-standard and it started to rust within few weeks of fitment.
We requested for removal and refund to which the company as well as the service centre assured re-fitment as per Honda standards.
Unfortunately the problem was not resolved and meanwhile the authorised service centre has shut-down.
We requested replacement of the sun-roof and refund to which the company agreed to replace the sun-roof but is not agreeing to refund of the sun-roof money of Rs.1.75 lakhs.
Hence we request a consumer complaint be filed and our money returned along with replacement of the sun-roof with a new original roof.
