This complains regarding paybackbazaar.com. They are collecting money from customeres for rechazrge, bill payments etc. When one deposit money to their wallet for payment of bills etc. all rechrges and bill payment will fail always and they never reply on emails or telephone and finally they withdraw the money from wallet. Thousands of people are cheted in this way. I have a credit balance of Rs 1678 at their wallet but my all payments through wallet failed and finally they withdraw the money from wallet.
