Complaint Details
I have taken the super distributorship of the products of united foods india, Mr. Diptodeep Chanda (Sales officer, 7872200244) on behalf of company assured the sale support and we paid 60000 rupees for a fleet of goods, that has been delivered by Om Sai Ram Agency (proprietor - Diknesh Patel 9903791780).

Company persons did not gave the necessary sale support and said they are closing their business in our area. We asked for the return of the goods and they assured us a refund of our hard earned money.

Unfortunately after 8months the stocks are still lying with us, and with many of the distributors and the company managements are not behaving in a friendly manner to solve the problem.

The Kolkata CNF agency (Om sai ram agency, burrabazar) is denying to take the stocks return, whether the company person is saying (suman sinha, sales, mobile -9967621390, united foods) that he has directed Mr. patel of Om sai ram to take refund of our stocks.

In this game many of us are loosing their money.

I pledge to the authority to solve this problem and ask company to refund our money soon with interest
