Hi,

We had ordered 7 Table Mate and received the products on 30-Sep-16. (2-Brown, 2-White, 1-Green, 2-Lavendar Colors)

The product which we have received has the following issues :

• The product is NOT Original, Poor Quality and appears to be a Duplicate product.
• We have an Original Table mate 2 product with us which has very good quality and nice Finish, but when compared the product which you have delivered us has un-even Finish and looks to be Cheap quality product.
• The Cup Holder finish is also not good, the cup holder is Dirty and the sliding space is not of good finish. The cup holder we cannot slide it easily, it gets stucked and we need to put extra strength to push it inside.
• The Brown Colored table doesn’t have Table Mate 2 logo printed.
• The table is not having enough strength to hold, it easily bends down when placed with two laptops.
• The White Table has a damage at the end of the table and the broken piece is available with us.
• We have not received the Alumina Wallet also.
• No Instruction document was available.
• Packing method was also fake, just normal cardboard box was used to deliver and for one table the cardboard box was torn out and doesn’t even has plaster at the sides.

With all the above points we don’t want to use the product which you have delivered us and we have lost confidence in using your products and we want our Money to be REFUNDED and this is cheating a Customer with all your websites and fake promises.
