Dear Sir/Mam,
I have bought a Redmi Note 3 from amazon in May, 2016. But after 3 months it became switched off on its own and not getting turned on, even it is not getting charged.
I have handed over that phone to my friend, who went to customer service center in Bhopal but they have told him that the PCB is damaged and it doesn’t covers in warranty.
Phone is not physically damaged, and I have produced that phone only to customer service center of xiaomi only and not any place else.
How can a phone be damaged on its own.
i am attaching copy of invoice and written copy given by customer service center of Bhopal.
AS PER INSTRUCTIONS IN E Mail I went to customer service center and called the number provided by XIAOMI IN EMAIL.
Their representative picked up the phone and i told him the matter, after few minutes he said that we don't give warranty on PCB.
I told him that if your phone's PCB is damaged that's your fault.
Customer care center personnel has accepted that phone is not physically damaged.
I have told him everything , after a while i told him to get your senior person on phone, he said wait few minutes, he put my phone on hold and after ten minutes he hanged up the phone.
I called again and said same incident again, again the representative hanged up phone after much time .
that happens three times.
When i mail them they tell me to email them and when i email they tell me to call them, my issue is not getting resolved at all.
