Complaint Details
This is to inform you that I have made transaction of Rs. 80,000 on 27th Sept. I have immediately asked merchant to cancel transaction but they refused to do the same. I have also requested HDFC bank to stop the transaction but its says"Merchant should do the cancellation". Please advise me where should I raise my complaint ?
