Sir / Mam,
We have purchased Amaron 880 Va Inverter along with 150 Ah Battery.
Battery is still in the warranty period and the warranty card misplaced while renovation work.
Battery is not working and failed in warranty period.
We approached the retailer, Company dealer at Trichy. The refused to replace with out warranty card.
We contacted the corporate office CSD and they provide Complaint Registration no.16900002928 on 12.09.2016 with a assurance of " your complaint will be solved with in 48 hrs.
But the is no response from their side and we also contacted their Regional Manager Mr. Siva Mob.73810-57999 there is no response.
So, We request you to kindly help us to get the replacement as assured by
the Amara Raja Batteries Ltd.
