Complaint Details
I had shopped from Big Bazar, Future Retail Malad Link Road, Malad West Mumbai on 02.10.2016. Cash memo Number is 0043052 Tr No. 67882 02.10.2016 at 19.34 pm. The Item serial Number in bill is 9. I have purchased Ponds Skin cream 18 gms. The MRP on the product is Rs.140/ but they have over charged Rs.150/. I had lodged the complaint through email. Till now didn't received any reply from them. I have sent scanned copy of the bill & rapper of the product. They have over charged by Rs.10/. Today without any response they have sent SMS to me that your complaint number 7105995 dated:- 03.10.2016 has been successfully resolved. This is the cheating with innocent customers. Daily lacs of customers visit Big Bazar and lacs of Rupees they are over charging from the customer. Customers generally does not check bills. I want you to take strict action against such company who are looting. I am attaching scanned copy of all bill, cash memo and rapper for your referance. Regards Dinesh Goyal, Mumbai
