Sir, I booked flight ticket for my parents to travel from Madurai to Chennai for 30-Jul-2016 in Air Pegasus flight through Makemytrip.com. On 29-Jul-2016, we got a call from the airlines stating the flight has been cancelled and we will get the refund without any deductions. But so far, we have not received our amount. Unable to reach the airlines. When we seek help from Makemytrip, they are informing that Airlines has not refund the amount. Once they refund, they will give to me. Its been two months gone but no response. Kindly check and do the necesssary needful, will be a great help. Regards, Mathansingh/+91-9840332957
