Respected Sir,
This is noticing you that I have took a connection through Airtel Dish TV on 2 years before.
My customer care ID is ----3014612237.
Complaint No: 55635222
I have 2 connection 001/002 for last 2 years.
I registered my Mobile number 9672973590,whenever I am calling customer care they are holding for long time and saying that your mobile number not registered with us.
I registered my mobile numbers several times and giving poor response.
Now 22/09/2016 TV showed that Signal Error-B001,I called customer care and they send a technician he charged Rs.150/-
Today(06/10/2016,7.31 pm)same error code came and I called customer care & Mr.Sandeep attended call and hold for 28 mnts after that saying your package is not activate this channel in which I used 2 years to view the same.
After argument he hold up phone for again 10 mnts and said I am connecting to my Seniour manager but after 10 mnts he said my seniour is not getting on line,My engineer will visit the site before tomorrow 3.30pm u have to pay Rs.150/-.
I couldnt understand this every week I have to pay service charge and use to call customer care for a long time.
This is a pathetic reply and service giving by Airtel Dish TV.
Requesting you register my complaint and took immediate action to these type fraud services.
