Complaint Details
I did MNP from Airtel to Idea. I paid all dues to Airtel and submitted proof through mail to Idea. Despite all this, services to my mobile number has been put on hold and I keep receiving messages to clear all dues.

This is a clear case of harrassment. I do not know if it is Idea or Airtel to blame but I am putting forward complaint about Idea because they never updated their records.
