I have ordered a ladies sandal online from Major Brands & paid money online.After few days I got a mail that the product was having defect, so they haven't sent the product to me.I asked for my refund they told that it shall be initiated in 2-3 days.After 3-4 days, i again called them & asked for my refund, they told me that they have refuned my money, but when i visited my bank there was no entry in my pass book.I called major brands & told them about this they said that bank might have blocked their server so because of this i might not get my refund.Please help me to get my money back....
