Sir , I have telephone from miss ankita about stock advisory she offer me capital via membership for Rs.15000 and told that she provide 2 to 3 call for marked and I will make profit 2000 to 4000 daily.I have purchased the service iin Rs.15000 but after some time Mr piyush call me from capitalvia and suggest me for membership for Rs.35000 Then I made the payment of Rs.10000 and after one day also made Rs. 10000 more for this service he told me for only one call will be provided and confirm profit of Rs.4000 to 3000 daily. but on one call of pcjewellers I loss my all money in stock market. Still I have used the advisory service from 15-09-2016 and upgrade on 29-09-2016. But now I wish to close the service and refund my amount. I have call to ankita but she told me on 07-10-2016 that there is no provision of refund.But both of them force me and call me for getting the membership now they denying refund.

Please look in to the matter and advise me for next step.
