Dear Sir, I had placed an order on Huawei Technologies official website www.hihonor.com for Honor Holly 2 plus phone. Order no. 6710005060 placed on 11/09/2016 with payment through debit card as per Huawei I should have got delivery within 5-6 working days. Even after 10 days I did not get delivery so I cancelled order on 21/09/2016 as per Huawei I should get refund within 5-6 working days but even after 20 days I have not got refund. Please help.
