With due respect I want to complain about the exchange policy of the flipkart as its not that simple as they show on the site. I purchased moto E3 power on big billion day exchange offer with exchange of moto e (1st gen).But they refused to take it stating scratches on display and a minor crack on screen. I purchased moto new version for the older one. Why they have not mentioned properly while purchasing this on site. I won’t have purchase it at that time if they would have stated properly and also missed many offers on the other sites. I also stated that I am ready to give the exchange amount of mobile for the new one but they refused it. Proper actions should be taken as they haven’t stated the policy properly and should not deduct money for the guarantee of exchanging of mobile If they have earlier stated about it properly I would have purchased it from other site. Now I have to wait for the order of the new one.
