Complaint Details
Some one hacking my sim card number 9994210040 and took 5599 rupees by using paytm app from saved card or from history those transaction failed on 7-10-17. paytm if transaction was there show retry. It is useful to take money from bank. My saved card is indian bank sankara mutt branch kanchipuram and account number is 814025737. I sent mail regarding above said to cyber cell paytm on 8-10-17. No one contact me by phone they sent only mail for asking details. I sent details. Till no one contact me by phone. they reply by automatic mail. When sim card was hacked, I can't contact paytm by phone. Please ask them to provide customer care to attend calls.
