Complaint Details
I would like to bring out that I have sent a cheque of Rs. 799/- for subscription of Hindustan Times Paper in New Delhi for one year. A representative of HT Media Limited came to my House and collected the Cheque. After a month, I received the coupon for twelve months having Coupon No. 5529230. My mobile No.9868854379 and a no. AWB: Z72209054 was mentioned on it. But despite about one and half month, on vendor is delivering the paper. The earlier vendor, who was giving the Hindustan times paper earlier based on the similar subscription is also not delivering the paper.After calling a no. of times, i was able to connect to Helpline No. 60004242. My compaint was registered regarding HINDUSTAN TIMES subscription & PAPER DELIVERY id is CAS - 58897 - J9X8L7 on 26 feb 2016. But after that also, no one came to deliver paper. Further, I was also not informed of taking any action.
