I want to change the last name of my father,which I wrote Rana instead of singh.
I called them firstly they said it can be done by only the booking agency and later on they said it cannot be done you have to book a new ticket. This is really frustrating because the people at jet customer care are making different statements. They ended up giving me cancellation service. That means I have to buy another ticket. Then why with you jet airways why nor some other airline??
