Complaint Details
I have submitted 1150 rs as a security money for new connection in august 2016, bit after submitting money due to some personal reason, i cancelled my connection and inform the customer care on 17 aug 2016, and asked for my security money. They told me that they will return my money within 7 workin day,but after a month they replied me for asking my account details, on the same they i have provided them my account details on 11 sept 2016. Not its mid October,whenever i contact their customer care they only say it is in process please wailt for few more day. I also mailed them and received a reply stating the same as their customer care said to me. Now i dont think they are going to return my money. Please help me for resolving this issue.
