Complaint Details
This is regarding Order ID: OD107238279882668000, Apple Macbook Air ordered on 4th October,2016 during Flipkart's Big Billion Day. Order is dispatched on 9th October, 2016 from Bengaluru hub and reached Model Town, Delhi Hub on 12th October, 2016. Model Town hub is hardly 4 kms from my residence. On 13th October, I came to know it's misrouted to Hyderabad by no means even after mentioning right pin code. On 14th October, delivery day I called their customer care and they are clueless about the situation why it's misrouted Inspite of that they are playing blame game that logistics team, Ekart is responsible for it. After 2 hours of complaint they cancelled my order without my consent. Their reason is as package is misrouted to Hyderabad, so we are unable to deliver. They have Apple Macbook air in their inventory, which is clearly visible from their website (screenshot attached). When the laptop can come from Bangaluru, then why not from Hyderabad, which is misrouted by them.They are offering me refund and ask me to place order again. As that product was part of promotional event so now it's not available at that price. Price now is hiked, so I want that product only and not refund.
