I purchased a 12.5kg Samsung washing machine on Feb. 23, 2016 in Dubai which was transported to Mumbai directly since I was relocating to Mumbai in Mar. 2016. The washing machine does not work and I was told by the service person in Mumbai that there was a PCB problem which had to be replaced. This was in Aug./Sep. 2016. Until today the problem has not been rectified. Each time I call the service centre a technician calls me for details of the problem and then there would be no response. I have the original purchase receipt. I have not been able to use this equipment for which I paid a good amount of money. PLEASE HELP ME...
