I am a frequent flier with your Jet airways with silver card member. My account is locked. I was asked to submit id proof for unlocking. I submiited the document on 1st oct 2016.But till date (16th Oct) imy account is not unlocked. I had to face lot of difficulties while travelling on 10th Oct 2016.
