Dish Tv Accepted from me Rs 999/- to show me Free to air FTA channels for 3 years in May 2015. But frequently It deactivating my VCC card which raises my hypertension.Hundreds of mails sent and asked why company accepted from me Rs.999/-.More than 50 executives replied but no one told why accepted 999/-? ALL told that its company policy to pay 250 each 6 month to avail free channels. I replied after purchasing antenna I was refilling after 6 months but because of 2015 May month message I recharged by Rs 999 to view for 3 years without additional payment. Dish executives are not accepting it and not replying why they accept 999/-? Every time they phone me and waste my precious time to say "customer have to pay 250 each 6 month". I replied is customer mad to pay Rs 250 every 6 month after paying 999/- one time for 3 years? No body dared to reply in writting. I have humdreds of email to prove my written complaints. Since dish tv wasted my lot of time and raises my BP which decrease my working efficiency and loss in my income. I told them to pay 5 lakh and life time free FTA towards compensation.I told its my rights to view news and keep updated. I informed I am not able to view imp prog likes PM mun ki baat. But no one is caring and daring to reply in writting.PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL AND OBLIGE. READY TO proceed with REASONABLE ADVOCATE IF ASKED COMPENSATION CAN BE OBTAIN from Dish TV.
Its not the question of just 250 Rs but harassment to customers. Why
Should I pay additional though paid for 3 years FTA?
