Complaint Details
I had booked (order no 16504) and made advance payment of Rs 14400 (4800 per person) for Trip to Elephant Beach, snorkeling and Sea walk at Elephant Beach. As per the website (https://trip.experienceandamans.com/activities/sea-walk-and-snorkeling---elephant-beach.html), this included complimentary underwater photography. However, I was made to pay additional Rs 1000 for underwater photography to the third party who conducted the sea walk. Experience Andaman refused to acknowledge that underwater photography was included.
