applied for tenement in the E.W.S. hsg. Scheme at Malwani Malad [Code No:199, Application No:91813,S.R.No.98,
Union Bank account No. 318702030015464] under reserved category of Central Govt. along with D.D. No: 011876 dated 10/07/2008.
Till dated not received amount though bank account number is written in Application form as per rule written in ‘year 2008 booklet’s page number 7’. From 2008 till last year many times visited concerned department but vain.
On 9.7.13 Letter submitted by hand on 9.7.2013 to Mr.Kadam when Mr.Subhash S. Jirange was on leave. Have video/Audio recording too how staff behaving.
Made complaint on Mhada website URI on 31/1/16, but complaint no. is not provided. How ridiculous? Complaint Number is not providing Means ‘GOLMAL’
I sent complaint letters at different dates .But received back with remarks. All proofs are with me.
Indeed it’s staff responsibility to transfer amounts to rejected applicant’s account immediately after declaration of result. But staff purposely not doing so to prevent expose of gobbled amount in lottery scam(I guess). Because many pending cases I had seen. Now telling to come personally with original receipt. How many applicants will keep carefully original receipt for 8 years? Mhada don’t have answer to loss/misplaced original. Mhada officers did many golmal in malad malwani plots allotments too.
I wrote If you won’t transfer refund immediately with COMPENSATION in account then will start agitation to claim tenements. And will take help of Media but vain.
I HOPE YOU WILL HELP. READY TO BEAR ADV COST IF FILED FOR COMPENSATION IN THE FORM OF TENEMENT.
