Hello Sir,
I got the Jio Sim on 27Th Sep from Reliance Digital,100 ft road,Indra Nagar,Bangalore. I got a message on 6th Oct from Jio that my application was received and it is under process.Since then my sim ia not activated as of now.Customer care is useless as I have to wait atleast 15 minutes and today(17thOct) it took 35 minutes to get connected with the representative..On 15th i filed a complaint(no:SR000002AX04) with Jio and it was supposed to be solved today but there was no resolution.Please escalate this issue as soon as possible...
