Complaint Details
I had registered my complaint regarding deduction of Rs. 2042.50 /- twice (once on 23rd September at 23:39 and second on 24th September at 14:47) but no ticket had been booked online from PUNE to BHOPAL by this travel agency's online portal.
Even I had got mails from verma travels for unsuccessful try.
I had already registered my complaint by phone on 7879122122 and I was asked to give my email id as well as phone number and the money should have been submitted within a week.
But now, Its more than a 20 days and I have not got my refund yet. Please help me to get my refund of 4085.00. these people are picking the phone but not giving any satisfactory answer nor giving any written response.
My transactions from SBI are as follows -
1) IGOCTKFEG2 for 2042.50 on 23rd Sept 2016 at 23:39
2) IGOCTMFAB3 for 2042.50 on 24th Sept 2016 at 14:47
