Hi Sir,

Before reading the complaints, please understand that i am so mentally harassed that i am in a condition to commit suicide & Everyone will be responsible for it.


This is Ismail Sayyad, a working professional in Mumbai. I have opted for personal Loan from your bank in April 2015. I had paid my regular EMI till December 2015. I lost my Job due to internal issue, & since January 2016 i couldn't pay the EMI. Even due to non payment of Mobile bills my phone was suspended & i was not in touch with anyone. I couldn't Manage to eat my afternoon lunch because of NO MONEY.

By the grace of GOD i have been appointment by an Diamond company as Executive Assistant to VP Finance. I will be paying off 3 EMI together from the first salary itself. The same i have been explaining to (Ganesh - 9930901163) (Raj - 9167886612) & a unknown person calls up from 84229996621 says he is from HDFC & tries to threaten my Mother who's most of the time alone at home & also a patient.

I am not saying that i don't want to pay off your outstanding, bank have cooperated a lot, i am just asking for few more days, so that i may pay off the dues from the first Salary itself. But these people are stuck about giving atleast 1 EMI of 3516/- wihtin this month, & which is not possible. I wont be able to pay single penny before first salary (which is expected by 4th Nov 2016). These people will again call back on 25th Oct & the whole Harassment will continue. I request please do not make any recovery call before 4th Nov 2016.

I have marked the said mail to top most people of HDFC bank, & expect a decent & win win solution for both.

Also i was going ahead & filling harassment complaint against Ganesh, Raj & that Unknown Number who tried to threaten. as expecting an apology from these guys would be difficult.


HDFC is a very good client for my company, & i am an Executive Assistant to VP Finance, i have a very good relation with HDFC, and i do not wish to spoil it.
