It's been just over a month since we have purchased this fridge from Vijay Sales. Initially water dispenser was not working and all the vegetables bought became ice. We spoke to someone at Samsung and they said it will be "fine" I was then admitted to hospital due to high fever and was not able to see what's going on with my fridge. But by the time I got back to the routine, I realized there was a lot of ice on the back wall of the fridge. I complained again. They asked me to manually defrost the fridge. I did the same. Next day again I had the same problem and now the fridge was not cooling at all. Mechanic after mechanics kept coming in and out and not one could fix anything just kept saying different reasons for defect. Finally they are unable to resolve it. I spent a lot of money for this fridge which is not working and I simply want my money back. Don't want any more tortures from samsung or from vijay sales.
