Reference to your mail I have informed you that I was enjoing Rs 999 plan from 21.8.16. I was changed my plan on 8.9.16 to Rs1449/over phone but it was wrongly activated by your representative Rs8994 adv rental plan.After seeing that in my account portel I telephoned your representative and told him to rectify this.I also mailed on 11.9.16 that a wrong plan was activated in my number.But nothing happened.After waiting 48 hours I have chaged it to 999/plan if it is rectified.But it was activated to 5694/adv plan.Again i call you over phone to rectify this.Your representative told me that It will be rectified within 72 houres.Again nothing happened.You can check all the conversation between me and your representative through your voice recording system.So I have no other choice except to terminate my connection.On 17.9.16 I have terminated my connection.Last four years I was your customer and not a single time the bill was excceds beyond Rs1600/
So in this context it is impossible for me to pay your absurd and huge bill of Rs14070/ which has been initiated due to your fault.Send me the actual bill amount and i will pay that
