Sir i purchased ceiling fan of nerco brand which is manufactured by thermocool trading company.i purchased the fan on 26 march 2016 from csd canteen danapur . When i brought fan to my home town deoghar it appeared that there was manufacturing defect and fan is not running.there after i start approaching the alleged company they gave me no of there representative who deals with my area .i talk to him approximately 100 times each time he assured me that he will replace the fan but he has not done yet.aggrieved by his non performance i approached so nany times to company by email and telephone but no response came yet and whole summer my old parents are without the fan.
