Hi Team,

I am really update with both Jio team and with the Appellate authority as no body is taking active interest to resolve my complain. I am following up on daily basis via calls and mails but still my issue is not getting resolve.

Would like to highlight the whole issue till date:
1. I have purchased the sim on 11th October, 2016 - Order Number- NO00000L6EV4 from the store Reliance Digital Retail Ltd, , D Victoria Mall Plot No 81-90,Shimpoli Road, Borivali West, Mumbai - 400092, Executive Name: Nilesh Mistry - +91 9833666369 Mahendar: +91 9029406043. I was told by the executive that it will be getting activated in 48 Hours

2. I have raised complain SR NO: 00000290NS on 13th October, 2016 and executive told me that it will be resolved in 48 Hours. I have called the customer care on 14th and 15th to know the status of my complain and every time I am hearing from the floor supervisor (Bipin Pal, Rahul, Santosh Kundam, Simit More, Sarojit Das) that we have escalated the issue to our back end team and it will be resolved ASAP. In Reliance world ASAP means it will not be resolved for a year.

3. I have visited the Store on 14th and Mr. Mahendar told me that they are waiting approval from back end team and it will be resolved ASAP. He also told me that since its 8PM now our JIO center located on 3rd floor is closed so you can meet anyone or else your could have meet them to know the status of your issue.

4. On 15th October, I again visited the store and too my surprise I was not allowed even to enter at JIO store, I felt like its now a days easy to write to any government department as get the required information rather than to visit JIO center. I was told at JIO center reception that please ask the people from were you have purchased the Sim as they will activate it. They were more interested in giving new connection rather than solving the issue of old customer.

5. On 17th October, I was told by Mr. Sumit More that my details and the application form copy has not been submitted to the JIO center by the Reliance Store (So Nilesh didn't did his Job). It took almost a week just for JIO customer care team to figure out what was missing in spite of daily escalation. JIO team has made the fun of word Escalation as no body is working even after escalation.

6. On 18th October, Mr. Sumit More told me that they need the address details of the store from were I purchased the Sim so I provided them with the details. He told me that he will give me call back by 6:00 PM with the status update. Again everyone is promising me that they will get the issue resolved ASAP and give me a call back but that call back thing is not working in JIO world. So I didn't heard back from Sumit.

7. on 18th at 6:30 PM I gave a call on customer care center and Mr. Sarojit Das told me that JIO team has raised my earlier complain under the wrong heading so he need to raise new SR (Complain) so that he can easily get another 48 hours for not entertaining the customer and not getting work done. Too my surprise if my earlier SR was under wrong heading then what escalation were earlier supervisor doing to resolve my case. I dont know the truth but one thing is for sure that JIO team is fooling around with customer.

8. I have been daily following up with the appellate authority but haven't heard back from them.

With Pain I am saying that JIO team is making fun of professional word like ASAP and escalation. They are not there to solve the problem.

I am now forced to forward this mail to Consumer forum so that everyone is aware how JIO team is treating their customer. Please give me my personal documents back as you will never activate my SIM.
