My son,Sreyes. K .S is an editir in film industrywho edited a documentaryfilm on Guruji of the spiritual organisation,Universal Conscious &SEVAK which was screened on 6.8.2016 on Chennai.Mr.Karthikeyan.S,48/5.Majestic studios,Arcot Road,Behind Virugambakkam Police Station,Saligramam,Chennai-600093WITH MOBILE NUMBER,9841813377,a member of the said organisation was the organiserfor screening this film who agreed to pay Rs.45,000/. After completing the work, he gave a postdated cheque for Rs.10,000/& balance as cash on 6.8.2016 for which a receipt was asked to be given by my son who gave it with the faith over themember of the spiritual organisation.The cheque was asked to be presented on 16.8.2016 after ascertaining him.When asked on 16.8.2016, he asked to wait for sometime to arrange money.When asked many times after that, an evasive reply was given that he would give money &take back the cheque.It is now two months lapsed.So it is evident that he gave the cheque only with the intention of cheating.The copy of cheque & the award given to my son for his excellence in editing work are the evidences.Hence I would request the forum to intervene and get our money alogwith the cost for legal expenses and mental agony caused in this connection.Any clarification is required.please call us to the number,9486106295.
