Complaint Details
Nature of Complaint: Dear Sir, I had purchased the Group Personal Accidental Insurance Policy on 20.08.2013 through HDFC Bank, Kankarbagh Branch, Patna. which was valid till 19.08.2014. After that, I had neither renewed nor given any confirmation for further renewal. But, the premium against the renewal is auto debited Rs. 1,038.00 each and every year on 20th August. Then, I lodged the complaint to HDFC Ergo. But, 3rd September, 2016. Return mail came to me to wait for 3 working days for response from the HDFC Ergo Team. But, till now no one from their end has tried to contact me. Now, again Rs. 1,038.00 is debited today i.e. on 07.09.2016 which is very frustrating for me. So, please help me to get my debited amount of 3,114.00 against 3 times renewal and penalty charges debited as Rs. 434.00 against bounce of the premium.
