Complaint Details
We had purchased Honda BRV in the name of Neha Pharma Pvt. Ltd. Just more than over a month the tyre suddenly burst while returning back from a function in Vile Parle Mumbai. The complaint was registered with authorised workshop in Sewri, After 8 days, constantly talking to different people for the same thing, our car was called for inspection of tyre. As it was informed to them, that there was no accident and no impact on the tyre that could result in bursting the same. On inspection the representative MR. Bhavesh informs us that the Michelin has inspected the tyre and they state that the tyre can burst if the car is driven on potholed roads. He blatantly says that we are unfortunate and the tyre will not be covered under warranty as per company policy. We state that the tyre in the complaint was of inferior quality and hence it burst. As it is evident that there are a lot of cars running on potholed roads and no other tyres burst. AS a matter of fact, we have been driving other vehicles which also has Michelin tyres and we have never faced such a problem even after driving the vehicle for 60000 kms. It is quite evident now that the tyre is of inferior quality
