Dear Sir

I bought a Micromax LED on 0 9 .10.2016. The bill amount was Rs 14,000 and the dealer has 2 percent of the amount of the Transaction fee name. The total amount of which was 14 280 rupees. I told him to please make you its 12 EMI. He made EMI with the amount of 14 percent. The bill now slip out their card machine on him.Has swap loan amount was Rs 15126.40. So I want to know it in this bill, which I have been charged for what is that for 846 rupees more. If it is wrong then please let me know the remedy for recovery of the amount was more.

I also like to know when your company Micromax Authorised dealer is that you somehow Fraud not be taking any action.

Frauds as below:

1. As per banking rule IRR may be reducing but there the rate of interest is Fixed

2. 2 percentage charge on card swaping
