Complaint Details
I have made a booking with MMT on 11 October 2016 for my stay in Nainital on 15 Oct-17 Oct 2016 but to some last minute change I have to cancel my booking with them. I tried to cancel my booking on 12 October but due to their server or website problem, I could not make it.

Then I tried to do it on 13 October morning and again the same problem with their website. After so many tries I got my booking cancel on 13 October evening. I have paid 3900 for the hotel and expecting the refund for the same but after waiting for 2 days I didn't get my refund. I thought of speaking to MMT customer care and According, to them the cancellation should be done before 2 days of check-in.My check in dates was 15 October and I have cancelled my booking on 13 October. In addition to that, they said you have to do it before 13 October 1300 hrs. I was trying it from 12 October because of their website problem I could not make it.

If their website is not working then it is not my fault. I was pretty much on time but because of their fault i have lost my money.
