Complaint Details
I have purchased Kent Ozon room air purifier through Amazon.in which was deliver on dt. 8-9-2016. After few days of use it went out of order. When I lodged the complaint by telephone on their helpline, a person from their local office came to my office and told me that he do not have any knowhow for repair of air purifier and he works for RO systems only. Moreover he suggested that the adaptor of the machine is defective. So, I gain contacted the company with the details and they promised to send new adaptor within 2 days. But, they did not and now as I call them on their customer service helpline, they repeatedly asks my details like mobile number, name , address , problem with machine etc. and as I ask why the adaptor has not been sent they cut the connection off.
