With reference to my above mentioned PNR booking of GOAIR I would like to complain as follows against GOAIR.
I have brought to their notice that originally I was having ticket Mumbai –
Ahmadabad & return Ahmadabad-Mumbai. I wanted to cancel my booking from
Mumbai-Ahmadabad for 24.9.2016 only & wanted to keep my return ticket live.

When I went to thier website to cancel my Mumbai-Ahmadabad ticket, my both
ticket i.e Return Ahmadabad-Mumbai also got cancelled as there is no
provision on thier website to cancel one way ticket. Since I got doubt that
my return ticket is also got cancelled, I immediately contacted then on call
centre. They directed me to send a email which I did it in next 10 minutes.


I got confirmation email stating my request no. as G8-00259750. On further
enquiring on thier call centre & with their supervisor I was told that I
will get reply within 48 hours. I regret to inform you that I never got any reply from them. Besides this there was no point of
cancellation as there is not a single rupees refund which was available.

In absence of response from your end I was forced to book another ticket
under PNR No. CRCETF at very high rate. I am enclosing 2 screen shots to
prove that in case of return ticket if customer wants to cancel only one
sector ticket, there is no provision on your web site. Same was sent
earlier too nor any directions given to cancel one sectors ticket.

In view of the above mentioned facts. I requested them to kindly refund me
2nd ticket charges which I was forced to pay for the PNR. No. . CRCETF &
improve provisions on your web site for such cancellation.

After writing to NODAL OFFICER , I received email on 21.10.2016 tating only airpot tax of 1st ticket which was booked early and chep will be refunded without any reply of refund for the 2ND TICKET WHICH I WAS FORCED TO BOOK.
