They had asked me to make a payment of 4000 rupees towards one of their plans . Today after 7 months they are saying only 1000 rupees has been processed, and other 3000 rupees was refunded. but when i check my account only 1000 rupees was refunded back. They do not have any explanation of the other 2000 rupees
