Respected Sir/Mam,

I am Neeraj Sharma from Kota Rajasthan. One day I have got a mail from Times Jobs for Project Engineer in Aditya Birla Group and I had applied. Then I have got a call from Global IT Business Solution Ms. Priya told me that she got My Resume from Times Jobs.com for Project Engineer at Aditya Birla Group and asked me to register in their org by paying 2000Rs initially starting that I m registered here for lifetime and If the suitable vacancy occurs related to my profile she will inform me.
And she also told me that my resume has been selected from the office of Mumbai for the post of project engg in the Birla cement Industry, Chittorgarh in Rajasthan Location.
And she connected me with Mr. Sumit his senior and he told that interview will be conducted by the HR of Birla industry on 22nd Aug. But Telephonic interview was conducted on 23rd Aug. By HR Mr. Abhay Tripathi.
Then Next Day Sumit asked me to deposit the amt of Rs. 4099/- for Document Verification amount which is refundable at the Time of Face to Face Interview at Birla cement, Chittorgarh on 30th August 2016.
Then Sumit asked me to Deposit the Amount Rs 15500/- for Company Security Deposit which was also refundable after getting the salary of my first month and Pressurised me to Deposit on same day 26 August 2016. And He assured me that this is the final amount He is asking which is refundable as she is providing the back door entry for me. But he Cancelled My Face to Face Interview without My permission and any Information.
And Sumit connected me with his Senior Mr. Piyush Chakkrawarti on 29 August. I got the call from his senior of Global it business solutions Mr. Piyush who was the head of Mr. Sumit and asked me Pressurised for Rs.20,300/- by the date of 30 August 2016 which was actually the bribe for HR as Mr. Piyush said. which was also refundable after getting the salary of my second month and Pressurised me to Deposit on same day 30 August 2016 before 11 o'clock and he said there will be no need of interview after that since it is a back door entry and this amount is also refundable after 2mnths of Your joining date.
I denied as I was really very unable to arrange this much amount. Bt Mr. Piyush asked me to write a mail that I am not interested in this profile so that they will not have to refund the previous amt of Rs. 15500/- that I deposited.
Hence I agreed and arranged that amnt but after that he told me that Birla had asked for corporate investigation verification regarding my employment profile. I got that after 30 days by dailing their no daily. But till now I have no offer letter and no other Refundable Amount which was assured by them. I was continuously wasting my amt.
Sir i request u to please take hard action over them. They are No one to spoil our money that we earn with such hard effort ... Its my humble request please do take some hard action. Kindly help me out in getting my money back sir i will be very much obliged to you.
