Extremely sick of the service quality of Jet Airways India
1.Firstly you operate in Singapore and don’t have a Contact number in Singapore at all.
2.Last week i tried to book a ticket for my Mother in Law to fly from HYD to BLR and wanted to use my miles and it kept failing on the website..
3.I was forced to call a Mumbai Number from Singapore to complete the booking and as usual i was transferred to different people.
4.After that agent picks up the call and said she can see my failed bookings and says they have a web issues and have no choice but to do a manual booking and also i need pay Rs.150 extra since it was manual booking!!
5.I agreed for the same and she said the passengers name should not be a mistake.. Since she has seen my failed attempts cant she take the details from failed attempts..?? she kept saying b for this h for that etc in"Hinglish"" english with Hindi accent which i couldn’t make head or tail.. Even the PNR she told me was wrong as when i was transferred to IVR for payment i could see the PNR was different.. Luckily i agreed and Paid
6. Later i see that she has changed gender of the passenger itself.. she has never even asked for the Passenger gender anytime during conversation and kept bugging with the name but saw that she has put the gender as a Mr instead of Mrs.
6. Now i call Jet airways Mumbai again.. after several checks they say they can’t do the change and they will transfer to "Miles dept" for the change
7. Now Miles department says they can’t change they have to go through all audio records before ethey can effect the change..
8. I spoke to Mr. Bijat Floor Supervisor Based in Chandigarh and he has promised to call me within the next 2 hrs after investigation.
Finally after 2 hrs I get a call from Vivek and Jet Airways has accepted the goof up was on their side..
Also they are telling me that if there is a gender Mistake in Ticket they will Allow us to Board!!!
Firstly our ID is ched at Airport entry point we are not even allowed to enter airport if there is ID mismatch
Thats really a blatant lie from your team. I Have seen how they make passengers run pillar to post even for small mistakes..If Jet airways does the mistake all is fine?!
