Complaint Details
Airtel didn't deactivate a service despite my request and later said that no such request was made. This has been going on for 4 months. Moreover, it is difficult to reach out to their representatives and if you do reach out to them , they have absolutely no manners of talking to the customers. Plus,the network is really bad. The bill is really high despite this and the customer care people just advise increasing the rental which has just not been solving the purpose. The telecom service and the service of customer care representatives are extremely bad. They take the customers for granted, aren't available and talk really badly with the customers.
