Yesterday (23.10.2016) we group of 03 person visited SAVERA RESTAURANT and BAR and while having party we ordered a few beer and snack. Though the beer was chilled but the snacks which we ordered they served an unhygine snacks, and regarding this when we complained they ignored us and they charged full amount. When we asked for proper bill they just gave unregistered bill which I have enclosed. The TIN number I am unable to find in NET. Later we asked the owner name and number they started misbehaving and finally we came out with insult. It's intolerable if they don't know how to treat customers in INDIA, where in our ethics customers are treated as GOD. Highly insultable couldn't explain in texting. We all are a govt servant we have been there just for relaxing. Sir I request you please take necessary action.
