Dear Sir,
We have purchased HTC Desire 626G+ from Krishna Enterprises kota.
That mobile always had a battery problem. Battery was draining very fast and at 6/7/2016 their was a network problem as I was not receiving any signal. So I took it to nearest service center which is star communications. They flashed my phone but still there was no success. They told me mobile had to send to jaipur for further repair.
They checked the warranty seal, screen,etc
There was only minor scratch.
After a day or two I received a call from Customer support and they were asking me for Rs8500 for repair of that device, even when it was available at rs 9300 of snapdeal.
I tried to make my point that there is no fault from my side, but still they didnt agree.
My mobile's warranty seal was not reinstalled and even mobile had no screws.
They removed network flex cable and my mobile was handed to me like a peice of scap.
I sent them email regarding this situation but all they did was a formality.
They told me warranty is void due to customers mishandling as it also had scratches, I told them that neither the display nor the warranty seal was broken. How could make any damage to phone and neither their was sign of water damage.
We bought HTC mobile because of the brand status. But, even if they coudn't repair a mobile under warranty and make senseless statement. What is the sense of buying HTC mobile then.
A lot of my time and efforts are already wasted. This is my another approach to them.
I request them to repair or replace my device as I wish to move to district forum if my grevience is not redressed.
